EDUCATE Denver partners with Regis University, CBS Colorado and Chalkbeat Colorado to Present a DPS Board of Education Candidate Forum
Voters invited to learn how potential leaders will support Denver students toward success
Denver – EDUCATE Denver, a civic coalition for DPS students, announced a DPS Board of Education Candidate Forum in conjunction with the Nov. 4, 2025 election. The forum, hosted in partnership with Regis University, CBS Colorado and Chalkbeat Colorado, provides voters with an opportunity to hear directly from Board contenders regarding Denver Public Schools. Four seats – District 2, District 3, District 4 and one At-Large (citywide) seat – will be contested this cycle. EDUCATE Denver believes that community engagement is critical to the quality of Denver’s public education system and seeks to equip voters with the information they need to make an informed selection in this year’s election.
The forum details are as follows:
WHEN: Oct. 7, 2025 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
WHERE: Regis University, Mountain View Room, Claver Hall
PARKING: Available immediately outside of Claver Hall
RSVP/Submit Advance Questions: Eventbrite link
The event will feature four distinct conversations – one for each race – among candidates. Each conversation will be moderated by EDUCATE Denver’s media partners. Voters are encouraged to attend in person, where they will have an opportunity to meet candidates before and after the forum. For those unable to attend, an event live-stream will be available through the CBS Colorado YouTube channel and a recording will be posted on the EDUCATE Denver, Regis University, CBS Colorado and Chalkbeat Colorado websites.
